I found Sean whilst scrolling though Facebook and so glad I did! The correspondence was swift and easy to book a day and time slot. Sean came out promptly and did a fantastic job, he kindly explained the job he was carrying out and I found it all very interesting and handy to know things in detail as we have not had an open fire before. Wow, I couldn't contact our normal sweep (my fault) but so much more impressed with Sean. Communication, excellent, time keeping, even took jis dhies off at the front four!!! Excellent service, what an amazing job he did for us and no rip off either! Absolutely stripped the Woodburner back for us, fixed a problem we knew about and one we didn't so much so that it looks brand new! First time having a chimney swept as we have just bought a house with a log burner. What a great service from Sean. Helped us understand the log burner a lot better, the do’s and dont’s, the condition of the burner and its components. Swept the chimney and cleaned the burner itself, leaving it looking in great condition. No question felt too silly to ask, and overall just a really nice, professional guy.
