I found Sean whilst scrolling though Facebook and so glad I did! The correspondence was swift and easy to book a day and time slot. Sean came out promptly and did a fantastic job, he kindly explained the job he was carrying out and I found it all very interesting and handy to know things in detail as we have not had an open fire before. Wow, I couldn't contact our normal sweep (my fault) but so much more impressed with Sean. Communication, excellent, time keeping, even took jis dhies off at the front four!!! Excellent service, what an amazing job he did for us and no rip off either! Absolutely stripped the Woodburner back for us, fixed a problem we knew about and one we didn't so much so that it looks brand new! First time having a chimney swept as we have just bought a house with a log burner. What a great service from Sean. Helped us understand the log burner a lot better, the do’s and dont’s, the condition of the burner and its components. Swept the chimney and cleaned the burner itself, leaving it looking in great condition. No question felt too silly to ask, and overall just a really nice, professional guy. Sean cleaned, tested and provided a full assessment (including pictures, CCTV and drone images) of the chimney in the old Victorian property I had just moved into. He was friendly, professional, punctual, thorough and tidy, making sure not to leave any mess behind. He is clearly very knowledgeable on his trade and gave me lots of advice around my plans to have a log burner installed. What a lovely gentleman Sean the sweep is never had our chimney swept before so wasn’t sure what to expect, but Sean did a marvellous job very friendly. Did a clean and tidy job explained everything as he went and promptly sent one our certificate and photos of work we have had done . Feel like I’ve got a brand new log burner again. Excellent service. Booked a sweep via online booking form and was notified and kept up to date during the whole process, up until arrival. Arrived on time, professional and courteous, left room tidy, clean and a professional job carried out overall. A full report received via email once job was completed. Very pleased with the service provided. Sean is obviously extremely knowledgeable. He completely replaced the firebricks in our log burner and the rope around the door, plus the fire and chimney has had a good clean, carbon monoxide alarm checked and safety report completed. Great experience. I booked Sean online and from the booking right through to payment, everything was very smooth. Sean is very professional and knowledgable and gave us excellent advice on our multifuel stove. He also replaced the fire cement on the flue for us which had cracked. A fantastic service was provided by Sean, he was very thorough, I had a broken side brick in my fire and he glued that for me, he fire cemented all around the base of the pipe, he replaced a blanket plate at the back of my fire as it had rusted and put a steel collar on the top of the pipe, he was there over an hour, very professional throughout, I would recommend him and I will be using him again next year, thanks Sean ~ Jacquie

Sean did a clean and log burner service, and inspected my chimney with a drone after moving into a new house. Sean is a nice friendly & knowledgeable Sweep. Turned up bang on time when he said he would (Saturday late afternoon) and diagnosed the problem with my chimney in seconds. After sweeping and removing fallen bricks he vacuumed the whole room including moving furniture to ensure every last bit of soot was gone. Just had our log burner and chimney cleaned by Sean the sweep. He did a fantastic job, stripped back the burner to the metal, inspected the fire bricks cleaned it out totally, swept the chimney,didn't make any mess what so ever.He gave us advice on various issues and put our minds at ease for the future..we will definitely be having him back next year. ~ Gary B

Excellent service and superb value for money. Sean arrived on time, well prepared and did a great job, no mess, no trouble and a very nice chap to talk to. I was left feeling very re-assured about the state of my chimney now (just need to get the gas fire serviced now). Didn’t realise cleaning the Chimney was such a detailed job, Sean was so professional and not one scrap of soot anywhere, didn’t expect that. His process to keep the place clean impressed me the most. Sean also fitted a new Cowl and the price for both was extremely reasonable.
